Separation Totti-Blasi, the judge establishes “shared custody” of Rolex

The now famouschallenge of the Rolexes» which sees opposites in court Francesco Totti And Ilary Blasi is enriched with a new chapter. Judge Francesco Frettoni of the Civil Court of Rome established that disputed watches they will stay in «co-ownership» of the former Giallorossi captain and the presenter of Mediaset. The judge now agreed with him. Establishing that – contrary to what the showgirl claims – i Rolex are not gifts given by Totti to Ilary. So Ilary must immediately return them to where he had taken them: in the family safety deposit box. In practice, the two exes will have to divide the precious watches (four, it seems, of which the most expensive would be worth around 80 thousand euros). We don’t know how they will do it: maybe even days and odd days? What is certain is that Francesco will be able to flaunt them again on his wrist. In the new hearing, however, the judge did not comment on the ownership of the watches. This means that the two exes could make out a new lawsuit to establish who is the rightful owner of Rolexes. But with the purchase receipts, guarantees and various proofs at his disposal, it is quite probable that the Giallorossi champion will definitively take them back: it is only a matter of time.

Ilary for his part, in court, claimed the return of shoes, bags and jewellery that Francis had them hidden, out of spite, after the disappearance of the clocks. The dispute started from there. But the objects in question have meanwhile been found in closets and closets of the family villa in Eur from which they had never moved. Therefore the matter of dispute, according to the judge, has ceased. The claims on would not have been accepted either other jewels and valuables which the showgirl reported missing. She couldn’t prove it, so she doesn’t care.
