Regarding the profile of those who are closing the agreements, those indebted with an income of up to R$ 2 thousand represent 44% of the contracts, with the range of up to R$ 5 thousand in second place, with 26%.

In terms of age group, consumers between 30 and 40 years old lead, with 30%, while Generation Z, with young people up to 25 years old, adds up to 22%. In the gender category, women account for 54% of contracts against 46% of men.

In relation to the states, São Paulo appears with the largest volume of agreements, with 856,907, followed by Rio de Janeiro (307,345) and Minas Gerais (222,477).

According to Serasa, the growth of negotiations was observed after the launch of a campaign that allows installments in up to 24 installments, extended until next Tuesday (12). In this action, negotiations are open to 52.1 million Brazilians with overdue accounts.

“It is a challenging time for all Brazilians and, for those who do not have credit in the market, the situation gets worse. The installment plan and discount offers are created so that these humbler families can regain a minimum purchasing power”, said Alice Maciel, manager of Serasa.
