A teenager who was injured in November, when he collapsed a shelter at Novi Sant Sant in Serbia, succumbed to his injuries today, raising the number of dead from the tragedy that led to mass demonstrations and his resignation. The patient, identified by the Military Medical Academy (VMA) in Belgrade with his initials, 18, was one of the three injured from the ruins on November 1st. One of them died 16 days later and the other remains in the hospital. “Despite the treatment measures and the maximum dedication of VMA staff, the patient succumbed to complex wounds and the resulting complications,” the hospital said in a statement.
