THE CNN Specialist in economics Sergio Vale commented this Tuesday (15th) about the real x dollar exchange rate, which continues to vary widely in Brazil.
According to Vale, this economic variable is one of the most difficult to predict. “What we have seen in Brazil over the last two years is a very large variation between R$5 per dollar and a ceiling that approaches around R$5.80.”
According to the expert, the political scenario also has great weight on the exchange rate, which is a little more stable at the moment because no pre-candidate is still talking about the economy.
We have an electoral scenario that will probably still bring turmoil when candidates are clear about their economic policy

Another relevant factor for the exchange rate, according to the CNN Specialist, is the international scenario. For Vale, the tension in Ukraine and the American monetary policy can still greatly influence this economic variable in Brazil.
