A notorious California serial killer and rapist known as “I-5 Strangler” has been found dead in cell who shares with a convicted murderer who has the “666” tattoo on his forehead.
Roger Kibbe, 81, was sentenced to multiple life sentences for raping and killing at least seven women and young girls between 1977-1987.
He was found in a critical condition on the floor of his cell in her state prison on Sunday. California and shortly after he died.

Jason Budrow, a 40-year-old inmate, was standing next to his body. Penitentiary authorities treat the incident as homicide.
Kibbe was one of the most notorious serial killers of the state. He was taken to the prison clinic and, according to a Fox 40 report, succumbed to his injuries shortly afterwards.
County Sheriff Gary Redman said his death was “being investigated as homicide.”
It is unknown at this time what happened to him or what weapon was used in what appears to be an attack by his inmate.

Budrow estimates Life imprisonment for a murder of 2011, for the time being however no new charges have been brought against him.
