Serial killer who murdered at least 12 people calls to surrender – ‘I’m the one you’re looking for’

A 62-year-old man on USA which he is accused of being serial killer with his name involved in at least 12 murderscalled the Police and stated that he was the person they were looking for.

He surrendered three days later and was sentenced to 30 years in prison, and in 1993, after serving 11 years of his sentence, he was released for good behavior.
