The incident occurred on a provincial road connecting Korkiano with Viterbo, with the baby boarding the vehicle with his mother and three -year -old brother. According to the first information from the authorities, he was said to have been the older brother who released the child’s seat belt and opened the rear door of the vehicle, causing the younger child to fall on the road, while the vehicle was in motion, according to Corriere Della.
