Intel’s range of current mobile processors has grown so much that some models are starting to compete with each other. The first tests of the CPU Core i7-11390H, which is a Tiger Lake-H35 Refresh line, have appeared on the web.

It is a quad-core high-performance processor with a TDP of 35W and frequencies of 3.4-5.0 GHz. At the same time, Intel recently introduced the Core i7-1195G7 – also a quad-core, but energy-efficient CPU with a TDP of 28 W and frequencies of 2.9-5.0 GHz.

As a result, the tests show that the processors are as close as possible in performance. In Geekbench, the difference between them is negligible, and it can simply be neglected. At the same time, whether there is a real difference in power consumption is not yet clear.
Thus, two CPUs, formally belonging to different segments, are conditionally completely identical in their capabilities.
