The summer of improbable dissing between singers, if ever there was one, is certainly that of 2023. Who would have ever bet on a vitriolic question and answer between J-Ax and Paolo Meneguzzi, before a few days ago? While we are still waiting to understand if all this will lead to a fistfight or in a new collaboration for the summer hit 2024elsewhere on the web a new case breaks out, which brings together two parallel universes that never – mindful of school teachings – we would have thought could meet.
And instead. It will be the heat, it will be boredom, the fact is that at a certain point the bottle which, turning on itself, decides who will be the next protagonists of a social brawl, stopped completely by surprise on Samuele Bersani and Sfera Ebbasta. On the one hand, the rapper born in 1992, protagonist of an unflattering video that went viral in which, in the middle of a concert, the autotune – sound effect particularly characteristic of new generation trappers – stops working for a few seconds. On the other Samuele Bersani – a few years older and an award-winning career as a singer-songwriter – who feels the need to point out to his young colleague the petty figure made on stage.
«They shot me a video in which one of these contemporary demigods of the “sung” rhyme cuts off the autotune for a few seconds on stage, and it was like seeing Icarus sinking. You feel like flapping wax wings…», wrote the author of Heartbreaker on his Instagram profile, referring very clearly to the technical incident that occurred during the Sfera Ebbasta concert.

A few hours later, Bersani himself returned to the subject, probably realizing (a bit boomer-style, it must be admitted) that his comment had generated more reactions than he himself had expected. «On the other hand, all the autotune in the world would not be enough to correct the lack of irony that has been around lately. Not even setting it in the right key», wrote the singer-songwriter in a second post, trying to tone it down a bit. From then on, everyone waited with popcorn in hand for Sfera Ebbasta’s response. Including for example Nicola Savino, who immediately commented on Samuele Bersani’s post, proving to be one of us mere mortals who are passionate about dissing on social media, go find out why.
Sfera did not comment directly on the story, in reality, leaving us with the popcorn pack full of very salty crumbs to fish with the fingertips. However, on closer inspection, she still wanted to say something about her. She did it on Twitter, with a «When the c * often burns the mouth talks, cit of the week», which is impossible not to connect to the colleague’s comment. And she also did it on Instagram, with a not too elegant display of wealth, which to a careful eye again appears to be a sort of response to the controversy triggered by Bersani’s post.
«For complaints you can speak to my secretary»wrote the trapper on Instagram, commenting on a gallery of photographs that show him aboard a private plane, inside a luxurious car, on a terrace overlooking the pool, astride a jet ski, or simply while holding his Louis Vuitton designer suitcase in his hands.

A bit like saying: “Criticism as much as you like, but with the autotune I’ve made the grain and I’m going on vacation, while you at most can try to leave a message to my secretary”. And if you think that there is too much conspiracy in interpreting these photos in this sense, it’s because perhaps you missed the stories in which one of the photos in the gallery was accompanied by the background music of Grain and Pin by Samuel Bersani, clear reference to the autotune-gate. The photo chosen for the story, between designer bags and unbridled luxury, was that of two Crispy McBacons served together with two cans of Coca Cola: here, however, we also give up on the interpretation of this specific choice.
