Lawyer Daline Bueno Fernandes, 36, was arrested on Saturday (18) in Sinop (MT), suspected of breaking into the house of a 29 -year -old woman and assaulting her and her two sisters, 26 and 24, following a discussion motivated by alleged marital betrayal.
A 39 -year -old man who accompanied Daline was also arrested. According to registration by the Military Police, the victim said that discovered a betrayal And went to Daline’s house, where her ex-husband was, to get the vehicle key.
After returning to his residence, the gate was open, when the lawyer and the man arrived at the scene and invaded the property.
The victim says that Daline came in “Totally unbalanced” cursing and leaving for aggression. The sisters tried to intervene, but were also beaten.
The man would have held the young women to prevent them from reacting. The lawyer still tore the victim’s dress leaving her naked in front of all present.
During the confusion, picture frames were broken, and Daline tried to use the glass shards to hurt the victim. Before leaving the scene, the suspects would still have threatened to return to kill her.
Police located both at Daline’s residence. Both were taken to the police station with scratches caused during the invasion, without the need for handcuffs.
