Singer Shakira, 45, sent a hint to her ex-husband, soccer player Gerard Piqué, 35, in her new song, released on Wednesday night (12). In the lyrics, the Colombian says “I’m worth two out of 22 [anos]” and says “you traded a Rolex watch for a Casio”.
Shakira, supposedly, would be referring to Clara Martí, a 23-year-old who assumed a relationship with Piquet last year.
The song is called “Shakira || Bzrp Music Sessions 53” and is a partnership with producer and musician Bizarrap.
Shakira and Piqué confirmed their separation in June 2022. They had been together for 11 years and have two children.
“We regret to confirm that we are parting ways. For the well-being of our children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect their privacy. Thank you for understanding,” says the statement released by the former couple.
