A woman complains via TikTok that its owner apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York announced an $800 increase on the already high rent she pays. And this for a house with… mice and cockroaches, as he says.
“Hey, we’re raising your rent by $800 because that’s what the apartment is worth,” he wrote to the 28-year-old, according to the video he posted.
“Greedy b@@@@ad posted for $1,700 more than we are paying now,” he wrote. “And will he give the 1,7000 for improvements? No. It will have cockroaches again. Again it will attract mice. It will flood,” he noted.
