A mother who intentionally left her baby in the car in the heat so she could go to a fair and go horseback riding is facing child abuse charges. 40-year-old Cara Dugan from Nebraska must fight to see her child again after authorities took custody of her three-month-old baby away without a word. The incident happened on August 24 in Merrick County during the local festival. At about 12 noon Dugan arrived at the venue of the celebration and parked in a nearby parking lot.
