A video of the moments when the car was driven by a woman from Queensland Australia ran into her husband and his mistress on a quiet Brisbane street saw the light of day.
Christie Lee Kennedy, 38, drove her car into David Larkin and his lover Zowie Noring.
The court was told the woman saw them kissing in the Brisbane suburb of Wavell Heights in March 2021.
She had tracked him down using the Find My Phone app installed on his phone, since he had told her he had gone to pick up their children from daycare. Kennedy he saw the pair “kissing and hugging” and sped towards them before brakingas the court was told.

Kennedy then got out of her car and punched Noring in the face, calling her a “t@@@”, before getting back into the car, parking and returning to her husband.
The security camera images, which were shown to jurors but never released to the public, were obtained by Nine News.
A neighbor told Nine News he heard the crash from inside his house. “I picked up my phone, called an ambulance, and my boyfriend chased the girl down the street.”
Kennedy pleaded guilty in the Brisbane District Court to dangerous driving. Jurors last year found her not guilty of two counts of malicious intent to immobilize.
However, the same jury could not reach a unanimous or majority verdict on the offenses of assault causing bodily harm against her in September.
“Her vehicle hit them both with the front side of the car. Larkin was thrown into the air and onto the street. Noring was also thrown into the street. After hitting Noring, she immediately attacked her, which shows a lack of remorse for her actions at the time, punching a person who was on the ground after being hit,” the prosecutor said, arguing that Kennedy should be jailed and sentenced three years old.
Kennedy’s defense attorney, Penny White, told the court that her client had no intention of hitting the couple with her car, but instead “to get there fast” so she hit the gas. “He wanted to get to them and confront them about what was going on,” he said.
Judge Paul Smith last month sentenced Kennedy to nine months in prison suspended for two years. “I think it would be fair to conclude that you were quite shocked by what you saw there, despite your suspicions beforehand,” the judge said. “You are obviously an excellent employee and a very good mother and it is a real shame that you have committed this offence, but I am of the firm opinion that this offense is out of your character and it is unlikely that you will do it again.”.
Kennedy was ordered to pay A$5,000 each in restitution to her ex-husband and Noring. She was given two weeks to pay the full $10,000 or face a possible month in jail. At the same time, her driving license was revoked for nine months.
