She slept for hours and thought her hangover was to blame – Diagnosis made her lose ‘the ground beneath her feet’

A 21-year-old woman lost “the ground beneath her feet” when she visited the doctor and learned that she was by no means innocent symptoms which he had displayed and thought was due to hangover.

As stated by thesun.co.ukthe Molly Hunt from Chesham, Buckinghamshire, UK, felt stomach pain every time she drank, and was exhausted the next day.

The same at first she thought the symptoms were due to her schedulesince in the morning she went to the University and attended the classes, while in the evening she had fun in the clubs, together with her company until the morning.

There, he learned that he suffers from cancer and specifically from Hodgkin’s lymphoma, one of the two main types of cancer in the lymph nodes. “I remember crying uncontrollably, it was like screaming. It was definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. At first I thought “am I going to die?” Has my life been completely changed forever?”“, he characteristically said.

Since, underwent operationsespecially since she developed a breast tumor as well, though now her cancer is in remission.

Now, the 21-year-old continues to fight to defeat the disease, as the possibility of undergoing chemotherapy again is still open, while through GoFundMe she is trying to raise money to cover her medical expenses.

“I am constantly taking my temperature, blood pressure and oxygen levels. I live in my nightmare”, she says about her life, but notes that she will continue to fight.
