A woman says she is “scared” to walk in her neighborhood after a video was posted showing her putting a bag of dog poo in her neighbor’s recycling bin. The incident, which happened in Kandala, Wellington, was caught on security camera and sparked a heated debate when the video was posted on social media. In the video, the woman is seen walking her dogs shortly after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. At one point, she drops a bag of dog poop into a yellow recycling bin before continuing her walk.
