In 2005, when Adriana was 66 years old, she underwent fertilization in vitro despite the fact that the doctors recommended that she not have children due to the health complications that she and her baby could suffer. Even so, she tried and her case became a Guinness record when she became pregnant. Adriana gave birth to a girl whom she named Eliza Iliescu, who is currently 17 years old.

Despite this, Adriana expressed that she always wanted to break the stereotypes of her age and also to care for and give stability to a baby.
