Shein: 55% of sales in Brazil are already produced locally, says director

It started last Wednesday (20), in Porto Alegre, the 3rd edition of South Summit Brazil one of the biggest technology events in the world, which will take place until Friday (22) and is expected to bring together 24 thousand people.

The event brings together entrepreneurs, companies, start-ups, investment funds and speakers from around 50 countries.

In one of the panels, Felipe Feistler , general director of Shein in Brazil, highlighted that 55% of what the company sells in the country is already produced locally. The goal is for this number to rise to 85% in two years.

Another highlight was Cristiana Arcangeli beauty businesswoman, who spoke about the future of business and the importance of focusing on sustainability.

During the afternoon, a panel with female leaders reinforced the presence of women to build good results for business.
