The case of a seven-year-old boy accused by the parents of his peer that rape, reports the New York Post.
According to local television station WWNY, the child, from Brasser Falls, on the US-Canadian border, was arrested for the incident on Thanksgiving Day and was immediately charged with third-degree rape.
“I think just talking about a 7-year-old is not normal,” said the boy’s lawyer, Anthony Martone.
“I do not think he even knows what a 7-year-old does at this age,” he added.
