According to People, 40 -year -old Ruth Miller faces charges of murder, attack and domestic violence after allegedly throwing her three children on August 23 in the Ohio County Tskarua. The two children survived, but a few hours later the authorities found her husband, Marcus Miller, and little Vinchen Miller dead at a nearby dock.
