Shocking images from CCTV cameras at the border USA – Mexico. A trafficker has been recorded throwing two little girls from Ecuador, aged three and five, from a four-meter high wall.
A member of the service who monitored the CCTV cameras at a checkpoint in a remote area of New Mexico saw the incident and informed his colleagues, as broadcast by AMPE.
“On Tuesday night, a Santa Teresa agent in charge of the cameras saw a trafficker throw two young children from a 14-foot-high border wall (about 4 meters) “announced the CBP.
The girls were taken to a CBP station in Santa Teresa, New Mexico for a medical examination and then taken to a hospital for precautionary measures.
“I am shocked by the inhumane way in which these traffickers threw innocent children from a 14-foot wall last night,” patrol chief Gloria I. Chavez said in a statement.
Chavez clarified that the American border guards are cooperating with the Mexican authorities to identify the perpetrators.
The US is facing a large increase in the number of immigrants arriving at its southern borders: more than 100,000 illegal immigrants were arrested in February, of which almost 10,000 unaccompanied minors and 20,000 family members.
