Shocking video – Collapsed Key Bridge in Baltimore, cargo ship fell on it

The 2.57-kilometer (1.6-mile) Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, collapsed after a cargo ship collided with it, Reuters reports. It was around 01:30 a.m. (local time) when it was reported that a large ship had hit the bridge, causing a fire to break out and part of it to collapse, according to local media. Vehicles have fallen into the water. The ship was engulfed in flames before sinking, while “several vehicles and up to seven people” fell into the water after the bridge collapsed, according to Fire Service press officer Kevin Cartwright, quoted by the BBC. It is not currently known how many vehicles may have been on the bridge at the time of the collision and subsequent collapse.
