“Shogun”, “The Bear” and “Baby Reindeer” are the big winners of the 2024 Emmys

THE Emmy Awards 2024 an award ceremony responsible for choosing the best TV series and programs, took place on Sunday night (15). The series “Xógum”, “O Urso” and “Bebê Rena” were the highlights of the 76th edition of the event, receiving the highest number of awards at the ceremony and leaving tied, with six statuettes each.

The official presenters of the big night are Eugene Levy and Dan Levy father and son from “Schitt’s Creek”, a series that dominated all comedy categories at the 2020 Emmys.

  • Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series
  • Jeremy Allen White, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series
  • Christopher Storer, Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series

Competing for its second season, released in 2023, “The Bear” was the highlight in the comedy categories at the awards, taking home x awards. With 23 nominations, the series also broke the record for the most nominated comedy in a single edition in the history of the award.

  • Richard Gadd, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series, Anthology or Motion Picture Made for Television
  • Jessica Gunning, Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series, Anthology or Motion Picture Made for Television
