The President of SYRIZA, using specific examples, spoke of the worst government since the coup, claiming that at the time of the first lockdown, instead of supporting the NSS, the government was distributing “a lot of money to the media” to create a “regime”.

How do you change the reality of the combination of a pandemic that reaps human lives and an explosion of precision, where money runs out in the third week, when wages remain stuck? When you continue to talk about a pandemic of the unvaccinated, giving the message that nothing is going on, go out without masks.

– No matter what the media do, you do not escape the outcry. The world has taken you by surprise and your downfall will be inevitable.

– After you refuse to make difficult decisions, we are here to protect society, human life, income.

You gave 2.18 billion euros in direct assignments in just one and a half years. And another 2.730 billion euros in contracts with closed procedures. A total of 4.9 billion euros in mortgages.

– The people outside are miserable, they are afraid for their lives, they have not paid the month accurately, the salaries are stuck, the small and medium enterprises are drowning in debts, and you are partying with the money of the state and your own children, who set up companies the day before the assignment to get public money. It’s a shame, you laugh if you think it will go that way. There has never been such a party with public money.

– There is a pandemic of direct assignments or pretense procedures to like-minded and partisan friends throughout the public sector. You have taken us back to the worst times of the right-wing client state. Do not think that they will be forgotten, that you will be able to cover them forever, your days of abundance are over. The time is coming when everything will be checked. Nothing will be hidden.

– A politically remarkable fact that the whole opposition agrees on the proposal to control the actions of the Mitsotakis government.

– On the backs of a suffering society, frightened and hurt, you have chosen to live your myth, to set up the new party of corruption, to spread lies, propaganda and division to escape its wrath.

– The Parliament today takes the first step to rid our society of the most dangerous government for the Republic that our country has known since the change of government.
