Despite the disagreements, the fights and even the bad faces, the love of brothers is unique and incomparable. If you don’t believe it, it’s because you haven’t heard the story of Federica, a girl who put her stuffed animals up for sale to help her older brother repair her motorcycle, and thus attend a contest for which she had been training.
The little girl’s action went viral in a matter of minutes, captivating thousands of users on social networks, who recognized the minor’s brotherhood and even contributed their grain of sand.
Marie Guerrero, Federica’s mother, helped the minor to sell her stuffed animals through Facebook, explaining that the proceeds would be used to repair the motorcycle of Tadeo, Fede’s older brother.
According to what Marie explained, Tadeo’s motorcycle broke down just a few days after competing in a motorcycling race, he had acquired it with a lot of effort, collecting every penny of what he earned as a mechanic.
Tadeo felt frustrated, because neither he nor his parents could afford the repair, but far from giving up on his dream, he began to devise a plan to raise funds. It was just at that moment that Federica offered the best way she could: sell her favorite stuffed animals.
To achieve this, Federica recorded a video promoting and explaining the reason for the sale of their dolls:
I am Federica. My age is seven years. I’m here, recording this video and selling all these stuffed animals because my brother Tadeo broke his motorcycle… I’m going to sell all these stuffed animals so that he can continue fixing his motorcycle, invest in it and keep running. I want him to be happy.
The clip went viral and captivated Internet users, who did not hesitate to support their initiative. Some people bought his stuffed animals, others offered financial help and some more offered to repair his brother’s motorcycle at no cost. Also, everyone took the time to congratulate Fererica for her empathy, sisterhood, and infinite love.
