Signatures for the Gov-ERP project have dropped

The framework contract for the emblematic project “Reform of the Financial System in the Central Administration and the Other General Government (Gov-ERP)” was signed on Friday, May 6, by the CEO of the Information Society (IT), Mr. Stavros Asthenidis Managing Director of Uni Systems Mr. Giannis Loumakis, as a representative of the contractor Association of Companies “Uni Systems – PwC – Real Consulting”.

The signing of the contract took place at the offices of the IS, in the presence of the Minister of Digital Government Mr. Kyriakos Pierrakakis, the Deputy Minister of Finance Mr. Theodoros Skylakakis, the General Secretary of Information Systems of Public Administration Mr. Demosthenes Anasitikos Politos. , the President of the Information Society Mr. Dimitrios Askounis, the CEO of Real Consulting, Mr. Dionysios Athanasakos, and the Head of the Consulting Department and Deputy CEO of PwC Greece, Mr. Kyriakos Andreou.

The most ambitious fiscal project and one of the first to join the Recovery Fund, is being implemented one year after its announcement, with the aim of developing an important tool that will serve the formulation of the country’s economic policy, as it will provide real accurate and reasonable presentation of the financial situation of the Central Administration, but also of all the bodies of the General Government and their asset structure.

The new Gov-ERP system will meet the operational needs of the Ministries and the Decentralized Administrations, upgrading the speed, quality, security and efficiency of the Central Financial and Financial Management, while ensuring the provision of accurate and reasonable information, contributing to better decision-making and the transparency of organizations.

The object of the project includes:

– The elaboration of business studies for the standardization of the operating model of the financial and financial management at all levels, with the aim of supporting the new Gov-ERP information system to be implemented.

– The implementation of the new Financial Management Information System of the Central Administration Gov-ERP.

– The extension of the mechanism for the collection and monitoring of budgetary and financial data of the General Government bodies.

– The supply of licenses and the provision of the infrastructure necessary for the implementation and full operation of Gov-ERP.

– The provision of services related to the implementation, transition to productive operation and support of Gov-ERP.

The project is implemented in the form of a framework agreement lasting 4 years.
