The SilentiumPC range has been expanded by the Spartan CPU cooler series, which includes the Spartan 5, Spartan 5 MAX, Spartan 5 ARGB and Spartan 5 MAX ARGB models. The design of the Spartan 5 and Spartan 5 ARGB models includes two copper heat pipes that are in direct contact with the processor heat spreader. The tubes quickly transfer heat to the aluminum fins of the radiator. The Spartan 5 MAX and Spartan 5 MAX ARGB models have doubled the number of tubes. These models provide increased performance, so they are suitable for processors with higher TDP values.
In all cases, a 120mm Fluctus fan is mounted on the radiator, but the Spartan 5 ARGB and Spartan 5 MAX ARGB use a variation of the ARGB addressable backlit fan. The backlight creates a rainbow effect without the need to connect to an ARGB controller or motherboard. Of course, in the case of such a connection, the choice of colors and effects becomes available to the user.
All coolers of the Spartan 5 family are equipped with a completely new mounting system, consisting of a spring-loaded frame and only one moving element. On AMD platforms, only one screw is required for installation. For Intel systems, an optional multi-part mounting kit is included. The list of compatible connectors includes AMD AM4, AM3 (+), AM2 (+), FM2 (+), FM1 and Intel LGA 1700, 1200, 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156. Spartan 5 cooler bases are pre-applied with Pactum PT- 3.
