Silvio Berlusconi and Francesca Pascale’s villa was sold (in record time)

While Paola Turci and Francesca Pascale were getting married and the eyes were all on their first photos, the dedications, the comments on the outfits and on the dream location, there was news that for a moment distracted attention from the idyll: the possible sale of villa Giambelli, the luxurious house in Casatenovo, in the Lecco area, purchased by Silvio Berlusconi just to live with his then girlfriend Francesca Pascale.

A kind of yellow, of which in reality there were no great certainties at the beginning, which, however, was immediately noticed not only for the owner and for the entity of the propertybut also for the timing with which the matter became public and because the property in question was the symbol of love between the former prime minister and the activist. A love that has been talked about since it started (and in reality it hasn’t stopped yet).

Now there is certainty: not only was the house for sale, but it has also already been sold, and in record time. This was confirmed by the Lionard SpA, agency that dealt with the negotiations, which in a press release written in agreement with the Berlusconi family specified that “The villa that Silvio Berlusconi bought in Casatenovo is no longer on the market. The property, which has undergone important restoration and enhancement works, was managed by Lionard SpA and, after a very short period on the market, immediately found a buyer.“. An exceptional note for an agency of the caliber of Lionar, and owners of the caliber of the Berlusconi, but evidently deemed necessary: ”Up to now, the utmost confidentiality has been observed both on ownership and on negotiation, in respect of the privacy that we guarantee to our customers – explains Dimitri Corti, CEO & Founder of Lionard SpA – however, in the light of recent speculations released by third parties not involved in the negotiation, we have chosen to depart from our modus operandi to clarify that the villa is no longer available on the market“.

It is not known to what extent or to whom it was sold, but it is safe to say that he is a wealthy owner because the property is mind-boggling. Berlusconi had bought it from Francesca Pascale in 2015 for two and a half million euros, to which he added another 29 million to make it perfect with a massive renovation. A 1140 square meter house with large open spaces, designer furnishings, works of art, rooms of all kinds, one of which is dedicated to the Dudù poodle, home automation jewels to control every detail, even the selection of wines based on the menu. Outside, a garden of over 30 thousand square meters: in short, a park.

After the relationship, to enjoy the comforts and beauty of Villa Giambelli, Silvio Berlusconi arrived instead Paola Turci (his relationship with Pascale would have begun 4 months after the break with the former premier), but for more than a year no one has lived there anymore. In fact, the former partner of the Cavaliere lives in Tuscany, in Trequanda, where she too moved to undertake a business in the cultivation of cannabis for therapeutic purposes. It would have been a shame to keep such a beautiful house empty, but surely giving it away marks the end of any bond between Silvio Berlusconi and Francesca Pascale.
