Just – meditate at home, at work or while you are in a traffic jam, the lessons are voiced by the unique voice of Sergei Chonishvili.

The world is changing rapidly. We need a regular “reboot”. 10 minutes of meditation is an easy way to clear your mind, restore energy, and keep your perception clear.

Our task is to make meditation clear and simple. We are convinced that meditation helps you become more sincere with yourself, understand your goals and priorities, and prepare for change and development.

More than 60 lessons are divided into courses.

  • Basics (working with breath and body).
  • Sleep (we practice simple rituals for a serene, resourceful sleep).
  • Stress (finding and releasing tension in the body and mind).
  • Work (improving concentration and productivity).
  • Happiness (we study the nature of inner happiness).

Prosto is a daily mind-clearing practice.
