Simple Plan paid tribute, on Friday (1st), to Mamonas Assassinas and played the song “Vira-Vira” so that the public could sing.
The North American band performed in São Paulo with a show at Vibra São Paulo, which was a side show at the I Wanna Be Tour festival.
Simple Plan's tribute was made on the day that the death of the members of Mamonas Assassinas completed 28 years. The moment was recorded by fans who were present at the festival.

The tribute was repeated in the São Paulo edition of the “I Wanna Be Tour”, which took place on Saturday (2) at Allianz Parque and welcomed other names in emo music, such as Pitty, NxZero, Fresno and A Day To Remember.
