This Friday (3) the deadline for joining the Simples Nacional Debt Payment Rescheduling Program (Relp) for debts managed by the Attorney General’s Office of the National Treasury (PGFN).
According to information from the Ministry of Economy, the installment plan is only for micro-enterprises (ME), small businesses (EPP) and individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEI) that are current or non-compliant users of Simples Nacional. In addition, CNPJs in judicial recovery, written off or unfit can also join.
Through the program, all debts calculated by Simples Nacional can be paid in installments until February 2022.
Payment can be made in up to 180 installments, with up to 90% reduction in fines and interest, depending on the volume of the company’s lost revenue during the months of March to December 2020 (calculated in relation to 2019). Terminated or ongoing installments may also be included.
The Federal Revenue had announced the extension of the deadline last Tuesday (31). Membership is available on the Regularize portal.
