The Federal Revenue sent this Tuesday (31), for publication in an extra edition of the Official Gazette (DOU), a Normative Instruction that extends the deadline for joining the Debt Payment Rescheduling Program in the Scope of Simples Nacional (Relp) for Friday (3).
According to the official note, all debts calculated by Simples Nacional until February 2022 can be paid in installments by Relp. Membership can be made through the e-CAC, available on the Federal Revenue website or through the Simples Nacional Portal.
The agency also recalls that the payment can be made up to 180 times, with a reduction of up to 90% (ninety percent) of fines and interest, depending on the volume of the company’s loss of revenue during the months of March to December 2020 ( calculated in relation to 2019).
Terminated or ongoing installments may also be included.
