Skiing makes you hungry! Discover 9 places to eat in Courchevel, in the French Alps

Considered the ski capital of the world, Courchevel, in the middle of the french alps is one of the destinations that warms me the most in the world, given its visuals and spirit that is renewed every season.

And every year, between the months of December and April, the mountains of Courchevel “catch fire” with the excitement of gastronomic, hotel and entertainment innovations.

In addition to quality snow and sports with landscapes that include the Mont Blanc mountain, for example, Courchevel goes further and surprises the most demanding palates.

It is worth remembering that the small French village corresponds to ski resort with the highest concentration of restaurants starred by the Michelin Guide.

So with high standards, the competition gets fierce – but very appetizing for us. It is in the après-ski, that is, after-skiing, that we have a better opportunity to taste the flavors of the mountain and party with events led by DJs.

Below, I share a selection of the restaurants I visited and recommend, ranging from unmissable discoveries to starred houses.

There is still more practical tips on where to have lunch on the mountain with options ranging from classic hamburgers (you can’t go wrong!) to oyster and seafood dishes.

Get ready, because the flavors warm us up throughout the day and give us even more energy to face the snow. Au revoir and see you next season!
