The Russian automotive market has recently seen a general decline in sales, although sales of Lada, Chery and Nissan began to grow for the first time since the beginning of the crisis, as we have already reported.
According to the AUTOSTAT agency, the Skoda Rapid liftback became the bestseller of the Russian car market in the third week of April. In the period from April 18 to April 24, 2022, Russians purchased 351 cars of this model. It was the best result in the Russian market.
Lada Granta took second place, sales of the car amounted to 296 units. The third position is occupied by the Korean sedan Hyundai Solaris, the result of which was 289 purchased cars.
The top five is occupied by two more cars of South Korean brands: Kia Rio, which for a long time was the leader in sales in Russia, took fourth place with a result of 273 cars, followed by Hyundai Creta (223 units).
