Slaughter leaves four dead in the soccer field in Fortaleza

Four people were murdered and at least six others were injured During a slaughter registered on the night of Monday (6), in the Barra do Ceará neighborhood, in Fortaleza.

According to witnesses, residents were watching a soccer match in a society field when the criminals arrived shooting. They would have passed police officers, ordered the victims to be in a magazine position and then shot.

During the shots, there was a rush. Two people died at the scene, and others were rescued to health facilities. Two of them could not resist the injuries.

The Military Police were called and conducted immediate searches in the region. During the persecution, there was shots and three men and a teenager suspected of involvement in the attack were arrested. Four firearms, possibly used in the action, were seized.

Violence intensifies the climate of insecurity that scares residents of Barra do Ceará since last Thursday (1), when two sisters, 15 and 20, were murdered. The young women were digital influencers. The next day, a slaughter attempt left five people injured, allegedly retaliated by the sisters’ deaths.

The sequence of crimes caused bus protests and depredations in the region. On Tuesday (6), municipal schools suspended classes for security reasons.

In a note to CNN the Secretariat of Public Security (SSPDS) reported that it arrested the three men in the act-18, 19, and 22 years old who are former prisoners-for attempted murder, theft, trafficking and receipt of stolen product. There was also a seizure of a 15 -year -old teenager.

According to the folder, the suspects will respond in court for the slaughter that occurred on Tuesday night (6).

“Police points out that the region has received PMCE’s ostentatious policing reinforcement indefinitely and that security forces are working to inhibit any type of crime in the region,” the note adds.
