Honor today unveiled in China the very thin and fairly lightweight MagicBook X14 and MagicBook X15 laptops. The new items will go on sale in the local market on May 11 and are likely to be a hit based on prices.

The base configuration of the MagicBook X14 includes a Core i3 processor, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. The top version of the 14-inch model comes with a Core i5 CPU, 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. Prices for first-time buyers are $ 465 and $ 620, respectively.

The MagicBook X15 also has two configurations. In the base one for $ 480 – a CPU Core i3, 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD. The top-end for $ 555 – Core i5, 8 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD.

Laptops are equipped with Full HD screens with a diagonal of 14 and 15.6 inches, respectively. The cases are metal, there are backlit keys and a fingerprint scanner (built into the power key), Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 adapters. In terms of processors, Honor opted for the Core i3-10110U (2.1-4.1 GHz) and the Core i5-10210U (1.6-4.2 GHz).

The case thickness and weight of the MagicBook X14 are 15.9 mm and 1.38 kg. MagicBook X15 is not much larger: thickness – 16.9 mm, weight – 1.56 kg.
