Months after mysterious black balls caused the closure of some of Sydney’s most famous beaches in Australia, new small orbs are washing up on shores again. The small balls, which are gray or white in colour, have forced authorities to close nine beaches as investigations into their origin are underway. According to the BBC, last October eight beaches, including the well-known Bondi, were closed for several days and a massive clean-up was ordered when thousands of black balls began to appear on the shores. Subsequent checks by the authorities found that these bullets were most likely the result of a sewage leak.
