The two people on board a small aircraft that crashed yesterday Saturday off the coast of New South Wales in Australia are dead, as announced by the Australian authorities. The aircraft crashed a short distance from the coast, near the town of Nabaka Heads, about 400 kilometers north of Sydney. A helicopter and coast guard vessels joined the search and rescue operation. The wreckage of the small aircraft was located at a distance of one and a half kilometers from the coast, as reported by the ABC television network. There were no survivors, New South Wales police said, adding that the pilot and a passenger had died.
