A small plane crashed near Boca Raton, Florida, on the morning of Friday (11), exploding along a bustling street of the city, the local police told the local police CNN .
“We are deeply sad to confirm that an air crash occurred early in our community,” Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer said in a statement. “Our thoughts are all affected by this tragic event. We ask for patience and respect to the families involved while the investigations continue.”
The aircraft was a Cessna 310, a small twin -engine plane, according to FlightTarda24 data.
Boca Raton City’s Rescue Service has published an alert reporting the fall of the aircraft and asked the population to avoid the region alternative routes because avenues were closed.

The flight tracking site shows that the aircraft has made several loops around the airport before the fall.
“I heard something like I was passing quickly a few times and then Phew – a plane crashed,” a witness reported in a video posted on social networks.
“The whole building trembled,” observed another man.
