Just a month ago, Xiaomi officially presented its new smartphone Redmi Note 10, which went on sale in Russia since yesterday, April 8. However, in a hurry for a new device, users will probably change their minds soon. The fact is that complaints from device owners from all over the world are massively appearing on the network, who report problems with the main component of the gadget – the display. According to the newly minted owners, the display of the gadget freezes spontaneously, constantly glitches, it has problems registering clicks, and in the 120 Hz mode there is an excessive flicker of the matrix.
@geekyranjit @Dhananjay_Tech I started using redmi note 10 pro today and I noticed minor screen flickering issues when on 120Hz but the same is not on 60Hz, are you facing the same or is it just me? Also is it software or a hardware issue ?

One of the users who was “lucky” to buy a Redmi Note 10 said that immediately after discovering problems with the screen, he took the device to an official service center, where he had the display replaced free of charge. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem – the new smartphone still showed noticeable screen glitches, so using the gadget is quite uncomfortable. Moreover, when contacting the service center again, the user received an answer that the reason for the problems with the display was a software failure, so no one would change the matrix again – the situation would be corrected by itself with the release of the next update.
At the same time, the bulk of users complain about the noticeable flickering of the display, which appears only when the operation is activated in 120 Hz mode – if you go to 60 Hz, then the flickering decreases noticeably. However, it can still be seen with the naked eye, and some owners noticed flickering when activating the dark theme even at 60 Hz. Perhaps Redmi will really release an update for this smartphone in the near future, which will correct the situation, since the “symptoms” indicate more a software flaw than a hardware one. On the other hand, so far, the exact timing of the release of the update in Redmi is not reported.
