Huawei unveiled its hit clamshell smartphone P50 Pocket last week, and Honor is slated to present its first foldable smartphone with a flexible screen in early 2022. The creators have already published a teaser of the novelty, and now a little more technical details have appeared.
Reportedly, the frame rate of the external screen will be 90 Hz, and the internal one – 120 Hz. In both cases, there will be embedded front cameras: in the outer screen – in the center, in the inner – in the corner. The hardware basis of the novelty will be the SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, the software – Android 12 with the Magic UI 6.0 interface.
Honor Magic V will receive one of the fastest charging systems for devices in its class – its power will be 66 watts. Also, the device is assigned a triple camera with a main sensor with a resolution of 50 megapixels. There is no exact data on when the smartphone will be released: the debut is expected in the first quarter of next year.
