Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, Android 12, 5000mAh, 120W, 50MP Leica camera. Xiaomi 12 Ultra showed on high-quality renders
First, images of cases for Xiaomi 12 Ultra appeared on the Web, then – a render, and now – high-quality renders based on the images of the case. In fact, so far nothing has been confirmed (there are rumors that the design of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra, in principle, has not yet been approved), but there is no thought without fire. The concepts of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra first appeared in approximately the same way, and then they were repeatedly confirmed, albeit with some stylistic touches. So it is possible that the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will really look something like this.
A huge Leica camera is assigned to the smartphone, the block of which occupies more than a third of the body. It contains many modules and sensors. This is normal for a concept, but of course there will be fewer modules in the production model. And the probability of having two periscope modules at once tends to zero. It is expected that the resolution of the main sensor will be 50 megapixels.
The hardware base of Xiaomi 12 Ultra will be Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, software – Android 12 with MIUI 13 interface. The smartphone is expected to receive a 5000 mAh battery with 120 W fast charging support, and fast wired charging. The Xiaomi 12 Ultra is expected to premiere in the first quarter of next year, while the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro will debut before the end of the month.
