Today, Huawei officially announced that sales of the new Huawei MatePad 11 tablet in China will start tomorrow, June 6. This tablet will run the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system out of the box.
In early June, the Chinese tech giant unveiled the final version of HarmonyOS 2.0, as well as a couple of MatePad Pro tablet models, hinting at the imminent release of the more affordable 11-inch MatePad.
According to previous reports, this tablet will feature a 120Hz refresh rate screen and will support Huawei’s second-generation M-Pencil stylus. The display has a diagonal of 10.95 inches and is characterized by a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. This device will also receive four speakers and microphones and will run the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system.
In terms of memory, users will be offered versions with 64, 128 GB and 256 GB of storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card slot. Other features include support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0.
The tablet should be built on the basis of a single-chip system Snapdragon 865, the battery capacity will be 7250 mAh.
