In recent years, Disney has churned out an endless series of live action inspired by the animated classics of our childhood. Some are real remakes (like Cinderella with Lily James e The beauty and the Beast with Emma watson), others of the adaptations (I think of the recent Mulan or to the most famous Maleficent). SNOW-WHITE

Also this time, unfortunately, there was no lack of controversy due to the fact that the interpreter does not reflect the aesthetic characteristics of the original one told by the brothers Grimm. PINOCCHIO
Filming of the live action of Pinocchio they ended a couple of months ago, as announced on social media by the young protagonist Benjamin Evan Ainsworth. The film directed by Robert Zemeckis is in post production and will be distributed directly on Disney+, as an original product of the streaming platform. Attention, because the cast of the film inspired by the famous fairy tale of Collodi is truly stellar: Tom Hanks Sara Geppetto, Luke Evans the Coachman from the Land of Toys, Keegan-Michael Key the fox, while we will also see Cynthia Erivo e Joseph Gordon-Levitt respectively in the roles of la Turquoise Girl he was born in Jiminy Cricket. THE LITTLE MERMAID
Here you go Ariel and the prince Eric. There live action of The little Mermaid is among the most anticipated ever and we are happy to know that part of the shooting will take place in Italy. Apparently, the princess of the sea is supposed to swim right in the crystal clear waters of the Sardinia…

From the first photos that emerged from the set, we see the two protagonists intent on shooting what should be the scene in which she saves him from the sinking of the ship. Unfortunately, we do not yet know if the plot will fully respect that of the cartoon or if it will approach the dark ending of the tale of Andersen. In the cast (again quite stellar) there will be Melissa McCarthy, Javier Bardem, Jacob Tremblay, Daveed Diggs e Awkwafina. Nel live action, Ursula will be linked to Ariel from a family relationship (we want to know more!). The film, directed by Rob Marshall, does not yet have an official release date. Ps: a few weeks ago, Emma Stone (protagonist of Cruella, more live action Disney) expressed the desire to make an origin movie on the character of the feared witch of the seas. Who knows that this project will not go through!
