This morning, Redmi revealed details about the sensors used in the main and front cameras of the Redmi K50 Gaming smartphone, and a little later, the company published sample photos from these cameras on the Web.

The image from the main camera shows night shooting. Apparently, Redmi will focus on the fact that the K50 Gaming is a camera phone, although this is not typical for a gaming model. The front camera uses a 20-megapixel Sony IMX596 sensor, and judging by the first shot, it will provide high sharpness and vibrant colors.

Recall that the official premiere of Redmi K50 Gaming will take place on February 16. Although this model is focused on gaming, it will be the flagship of the line as it is based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The base Redmi K50 will be based on Snapdragon 870, while the other two models will use MediaTek Dimensity 8000 and Dimensity SoCs. 9000.
