According to the latest news, Apple’s production chain is running on schedule and is preparing to launch the iPhone 14 line of smartphones.
Chinese sources confirm the assumption that two generations of single-chip systems will be used in the iPhone 14 line. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will use last year’s Apple A15, which is manufactured using a 5nm process.

The Apple A16 single-chip system uses TSMC’s N4P 4nm process. This platform will be applied to the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. It is also reported that the iPhone 15 will receive the Apple A17 single-chip system, which will be mass-produced using the TSMC N3 3-nanometer process technology.
According to supply chain news, the Apple A16 single-chip system has already entered the small-scale production stage, during which about 150,000 units of this product will be produced. The Apple A16 follows a 6-core architecture that includes two very fast and two energy efficient cores.

It also became known that iPhone 14 smartphones may start collecting ahead of schedule.
