Soccer coach under 12 exonerated for her risqué photos on Instagram

«It happened to Alice Broccoli from Bergamo, coach of a team of rookie footballers at Asd San Martino in San Leone, a sports club in the Pigneto district of Rome. “Today I was fired for the photos I post on my Instagram profile,” Alice wrote a few days ago in a story. Photos that the company does not consider compatible with her role as an educator of children under 12.

“I was fired because I was told that a coach / educator cannot post certain photos on social media», Alice explained in another story, adding that:« Everything I do and have done as a person is canceled and reset due to photos on my personal Instagram account.

The icing on the cake, after all I’ve always had to do twice as much to be half accepted in a society where being a woman is a fault».

The story, which the coach wanted to talk about publicly, was told on the website calcioatalanta.it, a team to which the 33-year-old is deeply connected, which has made known the details.
The “indicted” photos, which have not been explicitly mentioned, would be the ones who portray her with the Atalanta shirt and briefs or while she is at the sea in costume, with her numerous colored tattoos on sight. These would not be particularly daring poses, yet, they would have been considered inappropriate as they were posted by a woman with her role.

«In general, if you are a woman and you want to do a man’s job you have to fight twice as much», Alice vented when interviewed by the football site. «In football even more: it is taken for granted that a male, from an early age, kicks a ball. A woman, on the other hand, has to sweat a lot and I have made many sacrifices to deserve the role I had ».
