The SOFTONE Group of companies announced the acquisition of 61.73% of the shares of cosmoONE, a leading company in Greece in B2B platforms for electronic procurement and tenders (e-procurement, e-auction), owned by the OTE Group.
With strong know-how and 20 years of activity in the e-procurement and auction market, cosmoONE has developed and has a wide range of specialized solutions that, connected to SOFTONE Group solutions, can cover all stages of the procurement cycle, from applications for tenders and market auctions , to ordering, ordering and filing and entering invoices in ERP systems.
cosmoONE’s clientele includes large private sector companies in all sectors of the economy, such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, industry and commerce, as well as a significant number of public sector entities.
This agreement, together with the recent acquisition of IMPACT, creates a strong framework of new business opportunities for the SOFTONE Group, stemming from the combined provision of business software solutions, procurement and electronic invoicing, and offering significant cost savings through the digital transformation of B2B processes of medium and large enterprises.
