US President Joe Biden on Wednesday signed into law legislation that would granted $61 billion in aid to Ukraine for its war with Russia, noting that the law “provides vital support to America's partners to defend against threats to their national sovereignty,” while announcing that military hardware would being sent to Ukraine “within the next few hours”.
