A New York woman believes that she saw the accused of murder of father, Luciano Fratololin, “running on a hill” near the spot where his 9-year-old daughter, Greek-Canadian Melina Galani-Fatolin, was drowned. Rebecca Kuliskovski, a permanent resident of Tikonderoga in Northern New York, told News10 that he had submitted two reports to the police after seeing a man who now believed that it was Fratolin running away from his car on Saturday night.
